Housercar bug

Today i bought a new housecar (buffalo) and when i typed ((/housecarcolor 1 1)) in order to change my carcolor all my car's security system got remove... i dunno why despite what happened i still have my housecar the buffalo in additon to i lost my hotwire protection.. can i have some help here? i reported when that problem happened but seems the admins were busy with somthing else, at least i need the hotwire price refund.. thanks.

I did /housecarcolor 106 on my hotwire locked alpha and it didn't change a thing, also the same on the car before it..

i have no idea why that happened to me, but i still lost my hotwire protection for some reasons or what ever, all what i wanted is to get a refund so i will capable to get my hotwire back thats is..
