Pay 'n' Spray

My latest idea to make SZR a bit more realistic. If you would close all the Pay 'n' Sprays because it isn't realistic to get your vehicle fully repaired in one second.
This would also relate in more work for the mechanics that would receive more calls from people that need repaired vehicles.
I know that a lot of players would hate it but, the question is how realistic we want our server to be.
