Los Santos, SA The amount of Homeless in Los Santos has nearly tripled, according to recent studies. No one is sure as to why, but some speculate that the disintegration of the Blood Eagle gang may have something to do with it. Another belief regarding the increase of homeless in Los Santos is that poor, innocent drug dealers are being put out of business because of the ATF "crackdown."

"I've been running over scores of the bastards! They crowd the tracks every night!" as a local subway car operator stated to SANews.

Local transit police have also weighed in on the matter.

"They openly defecate in the subway, and all over the floors and walls; the subway platforms are littered with "Mad Dog 20/20" bottles, it is definitely a public safety hazard; we try and beat as many as we can, but they just keep coming back!" says a local transit security officer.
