IP mis-ban, range ban perhaps?

For some my IP is banned? I played on this server long long ago, I can't remember my name back then and I probally have a diffrend IP then the one I had way back, since I moved and I also got a new internet provider. I remember I was in the mafia though, had about level 8 but wasn't really active.

Anyway, so I tried to connect to the game, it said connecting and all that like it supossed to, but then it suddenly banned me? No reason was given and I've not been playing for AT LEAST a year, so please unban me? Could be a range ban?

I posted this from my blackberry because my browser is acting up, but my ip is (I think): 212.45.63.106

P.s, it's only a in-game ban, I can acces the forum no problem.
