Andrew was on ma car and tell me why im dming him.I rolled and he said to me why im dming him.Is this braking rules when you driving when one man is on your car .He spaming ''i will tell to admin'' and ''i will post.I've got some photos how he dming me.

It is not against the rules to ride on top of cars. However, he is pretty dumb for trying to beat your car, giving you a real reason to kill him.
