last time i knew it was allowed? if the gangchat is not ooc anymore use /gg and it should be fine, i had no problem speaking romanian in that brigada thingy, nor in difrenzo, nor did any other people speaking other languages as long as they were not spamming the shit out of the other members or saying shit about admins/players so they won't understand
