He first DMed me, knowing there would be no consequences for him.
Then he came to my house and demanded 20 k for another guy?
The way i was talking to him was not in a hostile manner? Therefore, i don't know why he started shooting me.

Define "first". Also, define the concept of "DM".
It seems to me that you are meatgaming quite hard, reacting like so out of an ic situation.
So, let me get this straight, you had gotten "dmd", he came to you and asked for 20k irl(?) money for another guy.. After that, you obviously metagamed him through sms, insulting him in the process... You took it to another level by commenting his role as an admin which is quite offensive since you were caught doing shit in the first place and therefore aren't in the position to comment on shit...
