Bank Robbery System

I've been trying to know if there is a current bank robbery system, but the results were "no".
There are gangs, but there isn't a bank robbery system, according to the roleplay basics on our server, I guess having this system created would be better, especially if it's going to increase the roleplay on our server.
It's a light roleplay server, not a heavy roleplay server, but I guess, predominatingly, this doesn't prevent us from having bank robberies.

Actually, I wrote some commands and information about the system which can be added if this system gets approved:
I)Circumstances:

1)This system would success if a robbery can't be started/done if there are less than two cops, as an example, in real life, if a bank robbery gets set, cops get their shit and get to the targeted arena, and start investigating, and probably trying to verify the effects.
2) Mapping a steely door at the vacuum which is near these little invisible windows/enclosure:(People would adapt with it)

3) The robbery should only take 10 minutes, if the thieves stand up upon these conditions, they would win 100-150k as a booty, which would be automatically, hastily, transfered to their gang balance.

4) After a robbery is made, gangs can't rob the bank unless one hour/certain time passes.

II) Commands/Mechanics:

It's not that lengthly, it's just a solitary command,:

1)((/setuprobbery))- This command should only get used by gangs(Which are capable of capturing points), so, civillians, and other factions can't, certainly.
If there are no valid amount of cops, prohibited, such as one cop, and the gangs are comply trying to use this command in a constant standard, they must get a message while they're at banktrying to claim it, " You can't start a robbery whilst there aren't enough cops!".

Note: Getting 100-150k after robbing isnt a provision, it may go up to one million/two millions, but I guess, this way, gangs will just keep robbing and leaving the roleplay basics and the gang balances can be abused.

What ever system you come up with, just make sure they revolve around this interior (which should be added to the bank). Its the basement vault from the casino, and would be perfect for bank robbery's.

I'd like to add the fact that robbers should be constantly doing /grab items to cumulate the limit of 100-150k. Like for an example, they should collect about 50 x 2000 USD stacks and other valuable items. (mats, drugs etc)

It would be cool if you could somehow convert the banking fees from paychecks, and put them as randomly scattered drops in the bank vault. It should only keep them for a certain amount of time, until a "collector" clears it out. This could make it more profitable to rob the bank while the server is at high population, meaning there would likely be more cops.
