Just to make it so where when/if we would like to buy or try out another housecar, we can either get some money back or trade the car in and not have to spend the same amount of money and lose our last car.

I think upgrading a house is something that should really be planned out, not like throwing a couple bucks out the window. Losing the money for the car upgrade is a fine addition that helps facilitate this idea.

How about... a /tradein. Where you can get a car in the same class. Those classes being 50k, 100k 500, and 2 mill. Or think about a /sellhousecar. Let's say you get into a bind and you need some money. You sell your housecar and you get 50 % of the money, also returning your housecar to a clover.

I am willing to pay the Bluebook value of your car, all $500 of it.

Also I think selling your housecar shouldn't reset it to a Clover, it should reset it to nothing and you have to pay for another Clover (probably like $10k or whatever).

Also maybe level 0 house. A box. No interior but its where you spawn on login.
