Gang Description: The Outfit is a very respected gang that was established in the 1940's. This 'Mafia' was led by Fat_Tony and his italian friends Legs, Louie, and Johnny Tightlips. They started off in Springfield and have now imported to Los Santos to conquer the city. The Mafia like to speak like dis eh? They all have a good sense of humor but you dont want to see their badside. I will give a detailed story to support this fact. The Mafia where back in Springfield and there was a chinese couple that wanted to get imported over to Los Santos for 10k. The mafia imported them over and never heard from the chinese people for atleast 1 month. They made their way over to Los Santos and eventually found this couple and kidnapped them. They then took them back to Springfield and slaughted them and their familiys.
Why?: If you didnt relise by now I'm basing this Mafia on the one from The Simpsons (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Springfield_Mafia) I thought this idea would bring lots of recuits to the Mafia and be a successful family. I decided to write up this application because I pretty much have no where to go in the server. So far Ive gotten 1 person named Sam_Iam who is keen. I am still in the process of looking for members for this gang so if you would like to be apart, Holla at me!
I would be a good leader because I have had many experience in gangs (Grove- Rank 5 and Bears- Rank 2) on this server. I was also Police Cheif on my server which isnt up now due hoster didnt want to host it anymore. My RP skills are very good when they need to be. I pretty much know everything about the server to lead a successful gang.

The man sitting across from you leans back in his chair, his feet resting on the table. You see the red dot from his cigarette bob about in the darkness as he speaks.
"So..I hear you want job. I hear you want to be rich, eh?"
»He puts his feet down, and leans forward. As he looks up at you he interlaces his fingers and places his tattoo covered hands down onto the table. You nod feebly, noticing the outline of a solid object beneath his suit jacket.

» In-Character Rules
1.) Always obey orders from superiors.
1.1.) Do not refuse the orders for anything. That means the order of a superior is more important than anything.
1.2.) Do not order lower-ranked members unless you are a higher rank.
2.) Never discuss about the organization with outsiders.
2.1.) Do not involve outsiders into crime related events.
5.) Stay away from the police as much as possible, avoid all contact.
5.1.) If a cop decides to check you (e.g., telling you to pull over your car for a smaller crime), then let him do so, rather than attempting to evade them, unless ordered otherwise.
5.2.) Do not help the police in any way for any reason unless being told to do so.
» Out-of-Character Rules
1.) Always follow the rules of the server. Breaking one of these rules will get you kicked out of the faction reported.
1.1.) If someone is breaking the rules against you, for example death matching you, do not go the same way trying to death match him/her before he gets you. Use /re & /report, screenshot the situation and wait for an admin to help.
2.) Role-play at all times! Do not use the OOC chat(s) unless really necessary.
3.) Do not disrespect other members of the organization out of character for any reason. Doing so will get you a warn, persisting will get you kicked.
3.1.) Be respectful to other organizations and players OOC'ly, we do not want to be disliked.
5.) We might CK people in this organization if they break any of the rules (or leave/get kicked for other reasons), if you are going to join you have to accept the fact you might be CK'ed if you screw up.

To be completely honest, before the "mole" thing came up, he had quit Beargang once because "no1 wuz talkin to me :(((", and I gave him another chance after that in which he fucked up. This guy is also like 13 or 14, probably not gang-leader material.
