Moving to GTA4:PC when its released?

Supposed to be out this year, some guess November. Is this a possibility? I don't see many people staying since GTA 4 has built in multiplayer and is better in just about every way. I would love an SZR gta4 though.

GTA 4 has fail multiplayer, it wouldnt be nearly as customizable as SA-MP is now.

But its gonna be released on November 28th.

It's getting released on November 18 actually. GTA4 has built-in multiplayer, but it's honestly pretty shitty. I expect either the SA-MP or MTA team to come out with a better multiplayer mod for GTA4 by February or March of '09.

Most games stick to 16/24 player limits because of the inherent problems with lag at higher levels. Luckily, I think SA:MP has lowered our expectations and standards regarding an efficient netcode with GTA 4.

It would be the first thing a mod team would remove...

Auto aim usually gets turned off when using a keyboard and mouse. At least it did with GTA:SA and VC for the PC.

I got a feeling that if GTA4 has a good multiplayer (if MTA or SAMP comes out with one), it'll be very popular. Personally I'd love to be chasing people in those awesome police cars.

Most people that play SA:MP can barely play San Andreas, how will these same people be playing GTA:IV? I laugh at this question.

well considering san andreas originally had no multiplayer function i'm sure they'll find a way around it.

Well, i dont support moving to GTA IV.

Reason:

*we are happy already with gta san andreas.
*we will loose lot old members.
*many computers dont support IV.
