Logging while bleeding == weapon loss on exit / relog death
Logging while bleeding to avoid death seems to be almost common practise on this server, despite being quite clearly against the rules. While you can sometimes get a screenshot to report that person, if you are too far away or they escape in a car, then you are denied the opportunity. I also think this should affect those that crash... it may be possible to force a crash, the likelyhood of a crash while bleeding is sufficiently small that the benefits outweigh the occasional loss.
The server must know (or be able to calculate) if a person is bleeding, so upon seeing a bleeder log off it could easily store a flag to remember to kill that person on re-entry to the game. This is would be something to be done after the SQL migration of course... but I think worth it?

As an alternative to death on relog, the players weapons and $500 could be taken as if they had been in hospital.

And frozen for 2 minutes, 1 minute for hospital time and 1 minute for logging.

They mean the health you have before you relog.

It would be much easier to strip weapons and take $500 when the player exits... nothing has to be remembered or saved that isn't already, this just has to be done immediately before saving the players ini file (SQL lol). The bleeding calculations must already be in there, so this should be extremely straightforward to implement... and would eliminate one of the biggest areas of faggotry on this server.

I do agree on this.
Once your bleeding and the game crash, or some people forced to exit the game.
It should have an auto death on re log.
Because in both cases, you will still be dead.
I think it's Stupid, to forced a re log, if you die.

Why not increase the area in which it shows the person logged, to better the chance of catching the person with a screenshot.
