Is he like the main admin? Did he create the server? Is he a goon? wtf is Nurgle?

Nurgle is the head admin, he is the site owner I believe, Biff_Longtorso is the server host though, Nurgle's alt, Joe_McGoebbles is chief of the PD and that's all I pretty much know. Oh and he's a clown.

Joe quit being the chief of the PD, so you're wrong too.

also there's like 5 head admins.
