1.That's what happens with illegal guns (at least in my country):


2.Hospitals don't hold any weapons.

3.Police guns are paid by government, so the only way to turn it more realistic, as William_Anderson said, is having some vehicle that brings guns in its trunk every week or something like that (which we can imagine that it's already being done, but we just don't know when it happens as it should be a private information).
