I was wondering which I should buy for my house

They are both very comparible, same top speed/basic acceleration, Jester has slightly better turning and can slow down faster, Buffalo has better off-road handling, Jester is front-wheel drive while Buffalo is RWD - Buffalo takes less damage on impact with objects, Jester has more customization options in the mod shops

The jester is around the same speed of a sultan. the buffalo is between banshee and infernus, being the middle car.

Again, the Buffalo and Jester have the exact same top speed and acceleration, as does the Sultan. The Sultan has a couple of other aspects that make it slightly faster with better handling, and is definately the best 4-door currently on the server and probably in the game period. The Infernus and Turismo have the highest top speeds and of any car in SA, the Banshee has a lower top speed(same as Buffalo/Sultan/Jester) but I believe it has the fastest acceleration of any car.

from a skill standpoint, the Jester is a lot easier of a car to drive than Buffalo. quick acceleration and sharp handling with or without an e-brake make it a very forgiving car, and while you won't get the same high-end performance you would out of a Buffalo it'll make everything else heaps nicer.

i think buffalo is faster at top speed than jester but its way harder to control. aslo has stronger engine. jester is "faster" becouse you dont keep hitting it to every streetlamp trying to set it straight. but its speeds are still very close.
and besides jester is tunable. most exciting part of buffalo tuning is the tires. but again you have to ride to sf to tune jester. both good in my opinion. buffalo has more hp.

Ehm...
If u wanna have speed, there both the same.
and if u wanna come there quick, take a jester.
it's Front Wheel Drive (FWD) so u have more grip and ull be faster.
if u wanna Drift, u can take the bufalo.
it has Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) and thats good for oversteer.
i would take a jester, cuz ppl shoot at me a few times.
but if u wanna go there with some fun, take the bufalo.
im a big fan of oversteering hehe.
but i prefer grip when ur talk about deals and such.
