It would be a great thing if you bought a house then if someone else try to buy it they cant? We could make it so an area is yours so if they place it anywhere in that area they will not be able to. Im saying this because some people have like 10 cars in the driveway

The only accurate way would be to mark the map each time someone buys a house with zones and within these zones you cannot /buyhouse. Although this would be a fucker for the server.
