Frank_Moretti grew up in Kowloon. Born in a hail of gun fire while his mother died in the hospital, cut up by katanas and machetes. His father was killed only days after, leaving him with the jurisdiction of his uncle. His uncle Moretti was always a gentlemen. Armani Suit, black rimmed glasses. Frank never really know what his uncle did for a living. Until his 18th birthday. His uncle bought him a Porche. His uncle brought him into the back room.

From there on. Frank, with the help of his Uncle. Over took Kowloon. It got to the point where they ran out every single other family in town. But downtown. A group of specialists are waiting for the best time to strike.

NEWS:

-Today, the Hong Kong Flying Tigers ((SWAT)) entered Tang residence, captured 13 gangsters, but leader Frank Moretti is not found and at large.

On the port of Kowloon. Frank is on a boat. Ready to go to Singapore. Uncle Wong waved his goodbye. "I will be ok." He said.

From Singapore, he met up with Uncle Moretti's contacts. From there, he decided to come to America. He reached New York, stayed there for 2 months. He received a call from Los Santos, Uncle Moretti set him up with a few people there, and he is to go there and get work. Frank packed his Louis Vuitton bag, and left for the next plane to Los Santos. When he reaches Los Santos, he sees a lot of crime and suffering here. He set up a community social service organization that helps the poor, but actually... The organization... ((IS THE TRIAD))

Why:I had an organization like this like 1 year ago, I came to this server because it looks more RolePlayer than others, and how to made my people to take it easy, without killing for no reason. I know who can destroy and kill us. Who can we mess with and who we can with. I have been a LEADER since 4 years ago. I will respect every server rule. And we gonna protect the streets.

Well that's pretty dramatic.

Why:I had an organization like this like 1 year ago, I came to this server because it looks more RolePlayer than others, and how to made my people to take it easy, without killing for no reason. I know who can destroy and kill us. Who can we mess with and who we can with. I have been a LEADER since 4 years ago. I will respect every server rule. And we gonna protect the streets.

The "Why?" section is very important, and all that (I think) I understand here is you want a gang to protect the streets. The LSPD already does that.

It all sounds nice and organized, but come on, charity clothing drives? We don't have any homeless or needy. You're getting awfully specific here. And what is DON'T METAGAME US over and over?

Maybe there's some great structure for a gang here but I don't know who you are and all I have to go by is this terrible English resembling a gang app.

It would be "maybe" if it were up to me. That's pretty much a no with Joe. You're posting a lot of apps - I don't think you understand what the problem is. You speak grade school English and you're not convincing anyone you will bring interesting story lines or any other assets to the server. Stop posting new apps for a while, please.

I think you need to get some leadership experience before you actually get a chance,

One way that might help you to get some experience is to join a family and work your ranks up in it, might take time but it is worth the effort. You will learn alot like that and also make good friends.

That is just my opinioun though.
