You can level up merc by /find-ing people. I recommend doing random finds on people you don't even want to find, so you level up faster.

It's easy just do what Andriy_Kovalenko sayd.
Type /find (id or part of name )
You need to find 50 people to do the level 1.

If you're riding with someone (In the car),
then just keep /find-ing them, that way it'll take about 1 hour to level up to 2.

Do /skill 1 to see how many times you need to do /find to get to the next level. Level 5 is the maximum and takes a total of 400 finds (but it get's easier to do /find when you're above merc level 1).
