Los Santos Fire Department

Enable the fireman/fire rescue faction, use the Hosptial as the HQ, and put some firetrucks, ambulances, and a fireman only helicopter

Give them the following commands

/heal - heals the person for 50% of their HP so they won't bleed out (20 second cool down)
/adrenaline - Gives the person 25%-50% armor (2 minute cool down)
/insurance - Upon death, the player will respawn instantly (Costs 1000 minimum + Whatever the paramedic wants to charge)
/vaccine - For 20 minutes, the vaccinated person cannot give STD's or get STDs while having sex regardless of Sex level or Condom (2 minute cool down)
/cure - Cure the person of any STDs (20 second cool down)
/extingush - Repair the damage in a vehicle to prevent it from blowing up (Same cooldown as wheelman repair)

Give them access to the Police/FBI/Mayor/NG radio channel so they can call for backup. The idea is that medics can be used to help police in massive firefights, or factions can hire them to help heal them during gang wars or pickup wars

Why would the fireman have those moves?
Those are more paramedic/doctor abilities.
Now, when was the last story you heard without conflict? ...War will never end.

Firemen dont need a helicopter, nor a faction since there are 0 fires in the game.

Paramedics already have the basic heal command, the rest of these suggestions wont really be used by the players. Insurance defeats the purpose of the death penalty, and adrenaline defeats the purpose of crack. Also, why would medics be 'hired' out to help gangs during point wars, thats ridiculous.
