That would go along the lines of Exploiting to avoid being killed, Which basicly is Fighting Fire with Fire They break the rules, they get punished you Exploit to avoid being carparked, You get punished just as much.

I've done it to avoid carparks right in front of admins, and I've also sent "Hey, I was carparked but did /stopani, can someone please get me out from under this car?" reports before. Never heard a single peep other than "Who did it so I can warn them?".
