Sean.. We already have a good HQ. I don't understand why we would need a new one, especially one that you and Michael own ( Michael is not with us anymore ).

These guys were lame anyways. I came on one night a couple of weeks ago to see how SZR was getting on with the new faction additions, and I literally walked in, said I wanted to be a Rasta and got invited.
Fact is they should never have been accepted after they messed admins around with the whole " We not goingahead with this anymore", but hey, mistakes happen, and I can't say I'm surprised.
