We work with a whole different code, like hourly shifts, salary per rank, bonus for achievements, employee of the month prizes, and more ideas coming, trust me in the business side, we make a difference, I just want to know if there is any possibility for us to just have the rank, recruit, gang color and faction chat and bank coded in, that's all I need to be more organized and to track better my members, so in the future when we get accepted as an official faction get our HQ vehicle spawns, etc...

The one and only reason we are not planning to do points at the moment is because we want to concentrate on the business side of the company which is producing our construction supplies to sell them not to waste them.

there needs to be more gangs like this, who only sell guns or drugs and don't participate in points or whatever.

Stupid idea, stupid poster. In case you haven't noticed, points are the only thing to do when RP runs dry.
I'd say gangs participating in points is encouraged.

Would rather say, we do need some factions supplying with "goods" since normally gangs fighting a difficult point gets low on them. We can recover their "goods" to erase the doubt of going to next points with low supplies.

Also it adds RP since it will make the best businesses in LS because that will be the priority of those faction while a normal gang will be more concentrated in wars with other gangs and points.
