spoilers on cars
hey ive seen a few cars around with some aftermarker spoilers on them and i'm wondering how you get them. i tried driving into transfender but none of that stuff works. just wonderin

with sultans you have to go to san fiero and then go to the angel something garage to mod it. certain cars can only go to certain places
