A brief description of what brought you here. (Was it a recommendation? A wanted ad? Simple whimsy? Something else?): A good friend of mine is a news reporter and they convinced me to join the team.

A brief description of why you feel you'd be an asset to our team (feel free to include relevant skills and/or achievements): I am a very good Roleplayer when the moment calls for it. I am neutral among the citizens and I think that I would easily fit in among the news reporters.

Article: Van in a Tree

A calamity has struck the residents of Grove on a large scale. We all know the great tree that sits in the middle of Grove Street, where we all have been to worship it's fine texture. Last night, approximately at 1:00 a.m., a cargo plane hauling what has appeared to be a van with a plethora of boxes containing chronic inside, has inexplicably fallen out of the plane and crashed into the tree. Grove's residents are joyful for their gift from above, whilst the LSPD continue their suspicions about the fact that a van full of high quality chronic is stuck in the tree.
More information on the subject will be given as soon as it is received.
