okay i really like this house and i gave it a week just incase somone was living there, but i still haven't bought it yet, and i want to know in order to make a claim on a house you have to live there first right? and when "Nurgle" tells you how much it is for the claim who do you pay? and lets say for expample he says
"150,000 for the house"
dose that mean he only means 100k scince i already spent 50k on the house?
iv'e read the property registry thing and im still kinda confused with things... please help?
