1. Fishing
I think that since when you crash/log out when you have fish on you, you automatically lose those fish, well it'd be nicer (if possible) to make it so when you log back in from a crash or something you can fish right away, I'm sure this would be abused, but its only fishing and isn't a really big income of cash.
2. Gang Spawns
Next I think that all gangs should spawn INSIDE an interior, this way no one can be yelled at for spawn camping (Would be nice if every gang spawn would have a gun locker inside).

Also on this subject I think that only allies of gangs and such can enter those gang houses unless given permission by admins or high rankings of the gang who spawns inside the house, so that no one can ever be blamed for spawn killing and camping and cops can only enter those gang spawn houses with a warrant (Still thinking on how this could work).
