Hey there, i was thinking lately about the public gangs HQ and i think that the poor nigger Ballas get all the cheating noobs first mainly because their HQ is two steps away from noob spawn. That doesn't happen so much with the Vagos because their HQ is near the airport.

I think that if the Ballas HQ was a little more far away from the noob spawn then they would be a noob gang but a fair noob gang.

Vagos also have like 3-4 leaders online and Ballas have no one to lead them and teach them the ropes.
