a house and weapon question

I looked at the help for housing and it says you can sell your house. My question is, if you sell your house will you get every single penny you spent on it or does it sell for a less price.

And also how much is a Mp5 worth? I saw it said 2k in the other thread is that correct?

What I know about houses is that you buy them for 50k and when you sell it you get 40k, and about guns, it depends the price you want to sell them.........2000$ is alrigth
