There is a faster way for C's, right as you pickup the mats, just face north and drive off the ledge. Then take the dark blue route.

You could actually use the old Mafia shamal tatic for mat a runs, which probably will be faster!

Indeed it is faster.
We, Mafia, is doing B and C runs in a beagle and A runs in a shamal with 5/15 people (+civilian) to get around 100-200k mats per hour for the Sicilian Stor, best way.
