Gang Description: December 26th of 1991, Venezuela, Julio Santos and his brother Pedro Santos, both member of a Venezuelan gang
called "Los Tabacaleros", They've agreed to have a meeting in "La Barra Caliente" the person who they met was Carlos Gomez Aka "El Toro Gordo" known as a powerful man in those streets. The meeting last about two hours and then a shooting started, and Julio's brother got hurt, they ran with the help of Jesus Aguilera aka "Chuito", their cousin, they ran to a hospital but when they've arrived was too late, Pedro Died...
2 Days later Julio recieved a call, his mother told him to move to Los Santos, she's getting older and need some help in the house, Julio accepted and he tried to find the money to move to Los Santos as soon as he could.
3 Weeks later Julio finally got the money and told Jesus, Luis and Andrew to go with him, when they arrived the airport they noticed that "El Toro Gordo" was there, so they couldnt go straight, Luis Mata, member of "Los Chireles" the Venezuelan mafia lead by "El Toro Gordo" he distracted him everything he could, Julio, "Chuito" and Andrew were on the plane and went to LS.
1 Month later, Luis had not yet come, Julio was worry about him but he know that Luis was a strong man and he can handle this, that night Jesus was walking around the hood where they live with Julio's mother and heard some screams, it was Luis he was injured, Jesus took him in their back and went to the House, few weeks later Luis got better.
3 Months after Jesus found Luis, Julio's mother got cancer, she could save her life but the surgery was very expensive and they had no money, so Julio starts to move on the streets and with the help of his cousin, they begun the business of drug dealing, selling them to the local streets gangs, a time later they adopted their behavior.
Their costumes are big sport clothes, commonly of their favorite soccer teams with turquoise bandanas that identify them on the streets, when Julio's mother finally got the surgery and got better the guys keep the drug dealing but with a new addition, now they selling guns as well and the little group of 4 guys raised to a little gang of 12 guys.
Actually they're in Las Colinas, Los Santos, near the Pig Pen, they also hang out sometimes with latin local gang Los Santos Vagos.
After a time the gang disband itself Julio went into a "goodness" time and decided to form part of the LSPD, he passed the exam and became a Cadet, after his first week Colombians took over the PD and all Officers lost their jobs, Julio keep hanging with the ex-cops until the problem got solved, Julio never bothered on rejoin LSPD and went back to Las Venturas, but soon he realized that he wouldn't get a good payment and lost all his money playing at the Casinos in LV, but once again he was saved Jesus Aguilera who loan him some money to get back to Los Santos; now he's running again V Bolivar 25
Cause his actual financier status they're living in a little town outside of Los Santos.
Why?: When we get to Los Santos was hard for us to get help from other people because our race, most of the people prefer no help Latins, so we decided to help each other, creating our own gang, these days the streets are very dangerous and people does not respect us, because we're Latins thats why we're now Varrio Bolivar 25* to get our own respect on the streets.
