The beginning.
The Chicago based organization known as ‘The Nostra Saints’ began as a small group brought together in 1945 under the leadership of Matthew Nostra and Alex Nostra. They were brothers aswell. During the first years of operating their income was mainly based on small time crimes such as theft, grand theft auto and robberies, but as time passed the amount of associates raised and more money was needed. As result, Matthew and Alex soon decided to expand their business and began to use their men for more organized but also more violent crime going from racketeering and armed robberies to assault and murder. Their new way of operating paid off in form of money and an improving reputation among other organizations. ‘The Nostra Saints’ was growing on a daily basis, more businesses were controlled by them and more people got involved; from the casual civilian in need of money to corrupt government workers.
With more controlled property, a higher amount of members and raising numbers of major crimes it was unavoidable to get the attention of similar organizations whose leaders felt a threat in The Saints. So it came that in March 1975, after years of expanding and successful operating, the organization was given a fatal strike by two major crime syndicates. During a large scale deal between the organizations several members of The Saints got trapped in an alley way by heavily armed associates of the ganged up New York and New Jersey based organizations and fired upon. Among the trapped group of men were Matthew and Alex who returned fire together with their men, but not only the manpower but also the firepower wasn’t enough to stand up against their rivals. Minutes went by while the shootout lasted until most associates of Matthew and Alex were wounded and/or killed. Matthew himself was shot several times and, sadly, killed, while Alex was hit in his upper thigh, immobilizing him on scene where he was found by arriving police officers of the Chicago Police Department and rushed to the hospital by the EMT. Alex received medical treatment and was then charged with armed murder leading to a twenty-five to life sentence. The Saints lost most of their higher ranked associates and were brought down to what they first started with.
Focke Nostra
Four years after the group was brought down, Focke took over the remaining parts of The Saints after gaining ownership of two cover-up businesses for weaponry trade in the heart of Chicago. Michael Nostra, cousin of Focke, son of Alex started off in a similar way his father did, doing smaller crimes with dealing smuggled firearms and passing off stolen cars through Chicago’s chop-shops while trying to stay unknown at the same time. Unlike his father, his son stuck to that way of leading his men and kept the ‘new generation’ of Saints underground and unknown. Years passed by where The Nostra Saints went through what it went through once before; with more men more connections where brought in, and with that, more violence and more major crimes.
In the year 2000, twenty-one years after Focke taking over The Nostra Saints, the organization had grown drastically once again. Not only did Matthew Nostra’s son manage to get to the same level of success his father’s group had; he also surpassed it. In the meantime the crime organization expanded from the midwest to the west coast and everywhere inbetween. Drug trafficking, weapon trafficking, extortion, racketeering, murder of hire, kidnapping; The Nostra Saints had gotten more organized and powerful than ever. Michael Nostra managed to keep the rebuilt group underground and in the dark over all those years.
In early ‘02 the organization counted hundreds of associates, direct and indirect ones. The Nostra Saints kept growing steadily and to keep themselves away from the public and police attention they began to use smaller organizations and gangs in Chicago to do their ‘dirty’ work on the streets, selling drugs and weapons supplied by the organization led by Focke. The new methods were bringing a lot more money in than before, but at the same time their main idea of holding unwanted attention back didn’t work out the way it was supposed to. Gang members would get brought in for selling supplies given by The Saints and eventually lead the police to the source of their supplies in exchange for a lower sentence.
Moving out of Chicago
Five years passed until in December 2007, Focke Nostra decided the large influx of police attention was growing too dangerous to the The Nostra Saint’s business and made the decision to move it to another town. As he searched for a new base of operation, he came across an article about Las Venturas’ oldest casino, ‘The Visage’, and how it was due for demolition due to the owner’s inability to keep the building running. Focke Nostra wrote a letter to the owner of the casino, offering to purchase it under the name Henrey Ford and a few days later he received an answer from the owner who had accepted the offer. Focke Nostra gathered a few of his workers and got everything ready for the move to Las Venturas.
On December 13th, 2007 Focke Nostra, now known under his fake name Henrey Ford had finally moved over and the purchased casino turned into a hotel registered under Focke’s newly founded ‘Henrey Corporation’. The hotel was the perfect front for The Saints; on the surface it was simply a casino undergoing renovations, the supply trucks bringing in building material, and the employees upstanding citizens. Below the surface, however, a select few trucks were being used to bring in illegal firearms and narcotics, which were stored down in the buildings’s vault. A handful of the employees were then used as distributors, moving the narcotics and firearms onto the streets of the neighboring city, Los Santos.
It soon became incredibly difficult to move the product from city to city due to highway patrols and random vehicle checks along the roads from Las Venturas to Los Santos. In light of this problem, Focke Nostra was forced to sell the casino and began to search for a building to establish The Nostra Saints in Los Santos. After two weeks of searching, Focke came across an advertisement about a massive house belonging to one of Los Santos music artists, who had passed away. After numerous meetings with real estate agents a price of $20,000,000 was agreed upon, and Focke aka Henrey Ford had purchased the mansion.
Los Santos
Los Santos is a city subjected to chronic criminal activity, overrun by criminal organizations and the police force, caught in a power struggle for control of the city. Due to the police being extremely busy with the less subtle criminal organizations, and The Nostra Saints maintaining a legal front while keeping their criminal activity underground, they had no problem aquiring property around Los Santos. The Saints was now an organization working on both sides of the law; to the public eye they were the Henrey’s Corporation, some of the largest entrepreneurs in Los Santos. People saw them as legitamate businessmen, and never gave it a second thought...except for Sergeant Harry Nack of the LSPD.
Sergeant Nack had began closely watching Focke and his associates after he noticed a large amount of property was being bought by Henrey’s Corporation. If Nack had learned one thing during his years of active police work, it was this; anyone with the amount of money the Henrey’s Corporation were throwing around, weren’t getting all of it legally. It was after Harry had came to this conclusion he was faced with a choice, he could either attempt to figure out the organization and attempt to dismantle them or put aside his morals and jump on the moneytrain, working as an informant for Focke; after much thought Harry decided to do both. Focke and Harry met at the grand opening of The Malibu Club, where after a few drinks, they started to talk business and eventually reached a mutual agreement, where Harry would work for Focke as an informant.
A week after their meeting on a Sunday morning Focke was driving through the Vinewood hills when a black Premier approached him out of an alley way as he passed it and started following him. Focke noticed the black vehicle in the rear view mirror of his car and took a few quick turns, ending up heading north bound on the mainstreet going through the center of Los Santos. As expected by the man known as Henrey Ford, the Premier was still tailing him. Nostra took a u-turn and sped down the street, disregarding red lights while he took a few turns in an attempt to lose the follower.
As Focke had to hit the brake to stop the vehicle due to a truck passing the intersection in front of him his car’s engine started stalling and the black Premier gained up on him.Nostra tried starting the engine back on over and over while he saw the Premier approaching. Right when his follower came to a stop behind him, he managed to turn the engine back on and used the moment to accelerate back to full speed in direction of his mansion in Vinewood, still having the black vehicle on his tail whilst dodging the traffic in front and trying to type a message on his mobile phone. A few hundred meters afar from his mansion his car’s engine stalled again and Focke had to slow down before eventually stopping. Focke knew the Premier was too close for him to attempt to start the engine again, as he’d take too long to succeed. He kicked the door of his vehicle open, jumped out and started to sprint up the hill towards his mansion when the Premier pulled over to the side of the road, its driver opening the door.
Sergeant Harry Nack stepped out, immediately drawing a pistol from his holster and running after Focke in a foot-chase. When Focke nearly arrived at the small side wall of the parking lot on his property two shots could be heard; Focke dropped to the ground, moaning in pain with a bullet wound in his right upper leg. He reached for his leg and made a painful face while looking back to Nack who was coming closer and closer. Focke turned himself onto his left and then pushed himself up against the wall of the parking lot with all his strength, using his hands to pull himself over the small wall and dropping on the other side of it where several cars owned by him were parked. He crawled towards the closest one quickly and took out his keys, desperately fiddling with them as he quickly found the right one to unlock the door. Focke pulled himself up onto the driver’s seat and shut the door, pressing the car key into the ignition and turning it. Nack arrived at the wall and quickly took a jump over it, eyeing Focke Nostra ducking down in his car while reversing, turning around and speeding out of the parking lot.
After escaping Sergeant Nack, Focke seemed to have fallen off the face of the earth. Nobody saw or heard from Focke Saint after that Sunday morning. With the leadership of the Henrey’s Corporation and The Saint missing, Chilo King seized control of Focke’s assets along with control of The Saints. Chilo was a long-time worker of Focke Saint known as Timothy Baker who started off as an employee of the Visage hotel. Although he was a legal worker at first, Focke Saint soon involved him into criminal acts more and more; King did what he said, not only because he needed the money in his young age. During months, years of work he became one of Focke’s most trusted workers, her position within the organization became higher as time passed. Before Focke’ disappearance Chilo was second in charge of the organization and took over as boss when Focke left. Although there was still a large part of Los Santos’ business ran by The Nostra Saints, King decided to pull back and separate the organization in order to lose police attention during the coming years and worked with a small group of workers in San Fierro doing smaller crimes.
The re-appearance of Focke Saint
So, Chilo was leading the organization. One day he received a coded SMS message from an unknown number. “Meet me at the pier at 9:00 AM” - that’s how the message looked after Chilo un-coded it. Well, he drove to the pier, parked his car there. Few minutes later a black Sultan arrived, the driver parked it near Chilo’s ‘Emperior’. The door of the sultan opened, a guy came out. It was him - Focke Saint. That was a surprise for Chilo, he thought that Focke is dead. After a few hours of talking, Chilo explained the situation. Focke noded twice, patted Chilo’s shoulder and said: ‘I am back, man.’
After that meeting Focke took the lead of The Saints again. One day he decided to send a SMS to his cousin Michael Saint. Michael was a lawyer in the San Fierro, as he said he stopped doing criminal bussines. But somehow Focke managed to bring him back. Since Michael arrived to Los Santos Focke made him the co-leader of his organizations - legal and illegal. Michael had an undercover name too, he was known as Jack Trumpet now legally. Oh, and what happened to Chilo? He decided to make a break for the illegal stuff, since he was leading the organization for a few years.

I've been a long time on SZR for now, I learned much things in other families like SSF. I am a good Role Player. And I know what I started with posting this application. I know how to lead a family and I just know I can do it.
