Actually reading your app: You're lacking substance in your writing and it's kind of small, it makes me question your limits of effort. Same with your fancy pictures, they aren't sized accordingly and that just makes me think you slapped this application together. You say you haven't been a leader yet; personally I would suggest joining another family and work as a Lt for a while and learn the ways of a leader.
