actually a level 1-3 "experienced leader" that can speak english pretty well is better than a level 18 player that can't speak english, can't lead and mass recruit players to help in wars 24/7.

Thats not really true. Considering the fact that I was just online with about 4 of my personal recruits who I am already seeing get better through paintball and roleplay, I think I may be pretty successful, and this is without the leaderflag. It just takes some new players who are willing to listen and learn(which most actually are, because they dont have much other option).

This problem has already come up and the solution was to give the leader a time kick (eg. kicked for 24 hours or such)

Although I imagine it must be pretty damn difficult to get kicked out of Ballas, unless you're really really stupid.

yeah there was a guy who literally only said 'can you give me 3000' and 'i need money am -3000' that is how you get kicked out.
Also, it is 1k to join Ballas, after the 10th time it really breaks into your bank
