Less Death Matching

I was thinking if players should lose at least $30 - 400$ to decrease death matching on szr. I'm not saying there's alot of DM, but this could help stop Death matchers in some sort of way

2. its hard to code the difference between deathmatching and when you just kill someone.

3. This is a bad idea and i shouldn't have put so much effort into a respsonse.

Fuc yo' idea....Make command like /rape after they're /tie'd...Giving them STD you can't cure at the hospital and it last for like 20 minutes
