Tokyo, Japan.
It was the morning of a cold day in January. Satoru woke up, walked to the window and looked at the smoggy city, with the hundreds of skyscrapers around. As he scratched the back of his neck, he noticed a red light flashing on his telephone - he immediately started to play the recording, the recording which turned his life upside down. It was a message from the Oyabun.
Satoru and his brother Tatsuya were part of the Yakuza for quite a few years, being loyal and helpful to the clan all this time.
They were in charge of a little restaurant in the outskirts of Tokyo, a Teahouse, which also hosted gambling nights. Although it was a legal business, a little part of the Yakuza's intakes were washed there. While it wasn't a large business, on the long term it made a great job for the Clan in Tokyo.
Satoru ran to Tatsuya's bad to wake him up. He found the bed empty, and realised that he's probably doing his everyday training. As he got back, he told him the contains of the message they've got.
They were both worried, as usually if the Oyabun calls you, you must have made a huge mistake. They got their most formal clothes on, and went to the Yakuza headquaters, disguised as the biggest Casino in Tokyo.
While going through a long hall towards the Oyabuns office, Satoru and Tatsuya noticed different types of Japanese arts, from drawings to flower arrangements. This one catched Satoru's eyes, because he was a passionate flower arranger in his youth. "Look, it's Ikebana", told it to Tatsuya.
They entered the office. It was a huge room, which seemed to have a large desk only. There were numerous bodyguards, watching the brothers every step. They bowed to the Oyabun, who didn't bother responding to their salutation.
-Tatsuya and Satoru Nakajima - the old Japanese man was reading through some files.
-Hai, Sensei - said both of them at the same time.
The old man looked at the bodyguards, who have immediately left the room.
-I've called you here today to tell you that you are no longer workers of your shop.
The two brother looked at each other, and started to mentally prepare for the death sentence.
-But you have a mission to fulfill for me. You have been loyal members of the clan for quite a long time.
-..yes, sensei - muttered Tatsuya.
-Your mission is to rebuild the business at the Los Santos Teahouse. It had it's bright days, but those are gone now, and it's on the verge of being exposed. We cannot let that happen. You'll get to choose a few members from our clan to join you on your journey, and who will help you out in everything. - After this little speech, the old man handed them two tickets.
They showed:
Los Santos, San Andreas, USA
Re-organizing the business wasn't an easy task for them. At all. The Teahouse was full of rats, it had rotten sushi all over the place, they even found dead women bodies in the fridge (( sexkuza reference )). After months of cleaning, repairing and sweating blood they were ready; they opened The Ikebana Club, the new face of Yakuza in Los Santos.

Rules:
Well if you're wondering what the rules of a faction might be, this isn't the right place for you.
Why?
First of all, we are old members, know the game mechanics and the server rules aswell. We are trying to respect them all the time.
Furthermore, we didn't want to recycle that Teahouse theme for Yakuza that has been on for years.
And finally, this Yakuza will actually try to RP, rather than stand around all day and sign checks.
