Isn't that so if you start a new character, you will have 10k on you and also 10k in bank?

I think that it was lowered to 5k on you and 5k in the bank, not sure tho.

as long as you start with a phonebook then i would be fine, because it costs 5000 dollars for a phonebook

The problem is that players who want to go around and shoot everybody don't buy phonebooks

those players are easily dealt w/ by other players who are not fighting anyone but whitenames anyway

reduce starting cash to 5000$
