Also if you're not going to do points/zones, you're probably never going to get a gang slot. Since how well you do in points and zones is generally the way new gangs are judged on how good they are for the most part.

Not going to take a position on this either way, but I'm hard pressed to think of a gang who said "we're focusing way more on RP than points/zones" that didn't fail within two weeks or start focusing largely on points/zones when it became impossible to get members. Just sayin'.
