something like /house sellplayer amount, and people the "house pickup" will tell if it's for sale or not and how much they're asking for, if someone buys it the money is added to the house owner bank account the /house collect too..

the thing i mean is be able to sell it direct to a guy its like /v sell

I do not want to give players the ability to sell houses to eachother. Players have a tendancy to exploit and abuse these kind of things.

If someone wants to sell a house to someone else, they /house sell, and lose 25% of the money they spent. Then the other guy can buy it.

If a house is for sale the price will appear on the screen when you walk up to the door.

I dont really see how this is exploitable, the only way would be buying cheap houses, making alts selling it on there for double the amount, or more.. which wouldnt be possible if you need to have that amount of money on you.. so you dont get in debt when you buy the house, it would say you do not have enough money on you. it would be like /v sell.. and i also dont know what the problem would be if you'd sell a house to an alt of you for $1 or to a friend..

Since all the cheap houses are sold, you can sell them by demanding money up front.
Say you want to sell your house, you make a advertisement like '/ad Selling 9th Seville St. for $500k + Original price'

Moe`s right. While a car`s price decreases, a house`s price should increase. We solve nothing if we keep adding houses till each player owns a home.
