This is a good idea and all, but why do you have to change the whole concept of the gang. Why not leave it as a gang that helps new players get on their feet, i think thats would be a much better thing to do. Im the current leader of Ballas, but if your trying to take my spot from me then it looks like i have to show admins that i deserve to keep my Leadership.

It's hard for the high ranked to help the newbies when other (not new) players like you join the faction and start griefing the faction and members with all your friends.
