Not new, but game is being a suss

Just reinstalled GTA and SAMP, and GTASA is having some problems opening, it loads up to the screen before the menu and closes does the same with MP and SP, anyone help?

make sure you have the latest 0.3b, and delete gta.set ( or whatever it is )

Alright will do, And I have the DVD Version 2 and I patched it too 1 like SAMP website said. I am still having the problem with the game crashin.
