car desyncing

I played for a bit today, and came online to find our gang bikes which were supposed to be at our HQ, but never were, I came back 2 hours later, nothing. Like I understand that they could've been hotwired or some shit, but alot of other cars, like fbi ranchers are just sitting around for hours, in the same spot too. idk if anyone or rachael knows about it, just putting it out there.
