When growing fishing levels, does it change anything?

Eg. Size of fish? Rarity of fish? Chance of catching fish?

Also, is there any hidden commands/fish that you can only use/catch with higher fishing levels?

It depends on the fishing level , And no there's no a hidden command.

The higher is your fishing level, the bigger fishes you usually get, also you get fish more often

and you have a bigger chance to catch stuff like pot and crack and guns and mats..i think
