Basically its to stop people bitching if they are tied/cuffed. It can use another blindfold and will be able to be taken off if the victim isnt tied/cuffed. Commands would be /gag [id] /ungag [id]. When they talk it could be turned into mmhmmp mhmmp or something like that, or a simple /do command of muffled sounds. Any ideas? improvments?
