SZR needs a bounty hunter service. I can lead it, It should have people recruited by leader (me) the bounty hunters should be able to talk to cops, and arrest people cops have gave wanted levels. Bounty hunters should be able to to taze people if they are running, Cuff them, and take them to jail, They can also assist police in car chases. Each time they arrest someone it should add $500 to there paycheck. I think this would be cool to have. Bounty hunters can also go after people who owe money to other players and collect it for them. I think they can also free people from jail evan if bond is not availble, but once freed the hunter can check on them randomly to make sure they are following laws.

Bounty hunters dont got tazers irl, they cant really arrest people, they just turn them in, they're basically mercenarys if im correct

You can roleplay this, trap the guy into your car, tie him and blindfold him, bring him to the police and get your reward(if the police is kind enough)
Only problem would be to know if a person was wanted or not, as you don't have /wanted available as a mercenary.

- Give bounty hunters rewards if the bounty hunter roleplays

So... You want to lead the most powerful player faction on the server that has all the powers fully trained cops that went through about 2 weeks of training and then hazing followed by multiple promotions to achieve, all this without any PD or server experience?

I highlighted in blue all of the things you can't get because any one of those would make you a cop or an admin.

The green highlight is just a dumb suggestion because you can already do this if you really want to.

I also highlighted another thing in red because you're basically asking for an admin command.

All in all, that's just going to be a no.
