That holy cow is cursed and made us stick at the known chillout locations such as Los Santos Unity, Fort Carson Motel and now San Fierro Station.
Betsy can do impossible, make her circle around the San Fierro or something, therefore, it would be like manure system because everyone loves that cow.

Unfortunately Betsy the Cow has gone to her last destination, aka the Fort Carson Slaughterhouse, you should probably get a Burger Shot Menu because that is the closest you'll ever be to her!
