I just logged in and it seems i got slot 3, but no faction color (white) no skins and this...

firstly, what is your exact ingame name?

I think the script was still set for auto purge, you may have seen a message " your family has been purged "
I'll fix it when I am sure of your gamename.

The HQ is ~yours~ in the same sense as any faction HQ is ~theirs~, there is a public locker, and a private bar connected to the residence ( back door ) so you should be able to rent it.
