If Franky had rank 6 and left I think Jay Vegas should fill his spot, Jay puts in more work then Franky did anyways really. Jay has been really good trying to recruit and RP as much as he can. I never thought I would've reccomended Jay for rank 6 lol but he has really changed in my opinion, anyways good luck.

Well i wouldn't recommend jay as rank 6 because he was a huge gang hopper way back, i don't know about now but he never really stayed in one gang for more than a month or two.. anyway honeslty franky shouldn't be rank 6 either because he left you guys just like that, even if he got told you were banned he could've atleast asked you first
