std bug
alright so some of you might have noticed but sometimes when you sex someone it gives you a type of std. So I got Chlamydia and was losing 20 hp when your suppose to lose 5 hp.

To clear this up, it's been like this for like forever. You can get two types of Chlamydia, one that results in only losing 5hp as depicted above and one where you lose 20hp as you've shown. The latter one is on a level-scale a third disease you pick up and it goes like: Chlamydia (20hp) - Gonorrhoea (10hp) - Chlamydia (5hp).
So in other words, not a bug.
