3 very newbish questions!

1. How do you purchase a house? I have read the thread "Proposed changes for Goonfather2 - your opinions wanted!" which has a section about purcahsing house, but I still don't really understand the house system. Also how much does a house cost?

2. How much money does it take to buy a respect point?

3. Between house and respect point, which one do you recommend me to buy first?

That's all, I'm sure they are all pretty newbish, so someone please answer me.

1.) /buyhouse enterance (In front of a house door) A house costs 50k per level, the higher level it is, the bigger the house will be.

2.) You need upgrade points to buy a respect point, but if your talking about a level, it depends what level you are at the moment.

3.) Eh...you mean level or house? Than level first, to get more on paychecks. Or if you really want to spawn some ware else with a spawn car, choose house.

Its not worth buying respect points, when you upgrade, upgrade your toughness, gunlocker, hospital stay and armor

Armor is pretty useless too. I feel like saving upgrade points for GF 2

I don't think having a house changes your spawn point... and by that I mean it never did for me. There could just be some vital step that I'm missing, once again.

How do you buy a level then???

Level 2 is 40-60k I believe. Type /buylevel to get it and than /upgrade to upgrade something.

Once you have enough respect points and money ((Check both by doing /stats)) you would type /buylevel

Each level is 25k. So to get level 2, it would be 50k, 3 =75k 4=100 and so on.

I just bought a level, and upgraded gun locker as well as armor, was that a good choice? (I'm going to put a SPAS12 and a M4 in the gun locker, and I already have a M4)

The gunlocker upgrade is actually useful, the armor one is not. Full armor upgrade gives you about the same amount of armor as smoking 2 grams of crack will.

How do you upgrade gunlocker? I thought it just upgrades automatically the amount you can fit in your locker when you upgrade level?
