Mouse not working ingame.

Mouse doesnt work in the menu and niether in the game, works perfectly fine on desktop.
My windows is 64 bit. I reinstalled and it aint workin yet.
Please help

Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Mice and other pointing devices -> The icon at the top with the green arrow pointing up.

(This updates the driver(s) for your mouse)

Check your controller settings in GTA. Make sure mouse and keyboard are selected.

Same problem with me, I've tried Dig and Tyrone's help, still not working.. help!

is it premanent? Happens to me sometimes but I just press ESC and then unpause and it works.
Hope Vince gets that ring in Dallas.
